This is great position for a Demi Chef De Partie.
The site is in a small town North of Bristol easily accessible via private transport.

The restaurant is privately owned and the owner is an enthusiastic chef. Almost everything is made on site with the best local produce possible up to 2 Rosette standard.

Requirements for position:
*Enthusiasm and passion for great food are a must
*Able to get to north of Bristol easily (there is no live-in)
*A great team player

Demi Chef de Partie Requirements:
*NVQ 2 and or level 3
*Experience of 1 year in similar position
*Fantastic Chef Skills everything prepared from fresh (not bread or ice-cream)
*Self motivated
*Extremely high health and hygiene standards

Salary and Benefits
You can earn up to 18k
