The property is within walking distance of 3 bus stops that link to the main bus route, and really close to the cycle path to Bath (which makes a lovely day out stopping at the Bird and Hand Pub for a bite to eat), and is really close to the M32/M4/M5 motorway network.

Also the property is within easy access to the: Police Station; Workplaces: Hewlett Packard, AXA, Rolls Royce, Orange, UWE, Airbus, MOD, Aztec West, and 20 minutes in the early morning from Parkway Train Station. It is also close to the local Hospitals: Southmead, Blackberry Hill, and Frenchay, and is close to most supermarkets: Tescos, Lidl, Sainsburys, Iceland, and Asda.

If you like charity shopping, well then there are some fantastic ones in all directions, and High Street shopping: New Look, Woolworth’s; Chemists: Super drug, Boots, Post Office; Restaurants; Pubs; and all banks.

The dining room has a very large table (ideal for dinner parties), and the kitchen comprises of 2 fridge/freezers, microwave, electric cooker, washing machine/dryer, and all the usual stuff you would find in a kitchen. The bathroom comprises of a built in Jacuzzi, and electric shower.

The back garden is very big - mainly patio (ideal for BBQ’s, and takes the pain out of cutting the grass), and has a built in greenhouse that is not in use (so please feel free to make use of this – I tried, and the tomatoes died!). The front garden has a variety of shrubs, and if you like gardening you will love getting your hands on this one, and your welcome!

There is plenty of roadside parking and the neighbors are very nice and are around 24/7, which is great because you never feel alone. All rooms to rent are lockable, and the house is fitted with security lights, and a good alarm system.

The room is very spacious, and has a fitted: radiator, wardrobe, spotlights, TV connection point, dressing table, and a new single pine bed.
